It’s these experiences which made us approach lending differently. For us it’s about providing clients with education, guidance and support to navigate their lending, so they feel their loan matters, because they matter.

For me, mortgage broking is far more than a simple transaction—it’s about building lifelong relationships and empowering my clients to achieve their property dreams. From our initial discussions to the moment you secure your property, I’m committed to delivering exceptional service through clear communication, tailored solutions, and unwavering support.
I began my finance career as a Personal Assistant at Low Rate Home Loans while completing my Diploma in Mortgage Broking and Finance. This foundation instilled in me a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of property ownership. Now, as a dedicated Mortgage Broker, I take pride in turning my clients’ goals into reality.
In 2024, I was honoured to be named Best New Broker of the Year, a recognition that reflects my drive to excel and my client-first approach. Additionally, being a finalist for the Community Ambassador Award highlights my commitment to making a positive impact beyond finance.

Growing up in a family-owned accounting business, I was exposed to the finance industry from an early age. Watching my parents work closely with clients, I developed a strong understanding of financial services and the importance of trust, integrity, and personalised solutions. This background sparked my passion for finance and ultimately led me to pursue a career in mortgage broking.
Now, as a Broker Associate, I am gaining hands-on experience working alongside seasoned professionals, expanding my knowledge of loan products, market trends, and client strategies. I take pride in delivering exceptional service, ensuring that each client receives the guidance and tailored solutions they need to achieve their property goals.
As I continue to grow in the industry, my goal is to become a fully licensed mortgage broker and build long-term relationships with clients by providing expert advice and unwavering support throughout their financing journey.

With over 20 years in banking and finance, I have gained extensive experience helping clients navigate the lending process with confidence. My journey in mortgage broking began in 2004, where I discovered my passion for lending and supporting clients in achieving their homeownership goals.
In October 2023, I joined the team at Low Rate Home Loans as their Client Services Manager, bringing my expertise in customer service and loan processing. Having previously worked with Rachel, I was excited to be part of a team that values exceptional service and client-focused solutions.
I take pride in providing prompt and accurate support to our customers, ensuring a smooth loan application process from start to finish.
Outside of work, I’m kept busy with my two boys’ football and soccer, juggling training, game days, and everything in between.
